Service Cancellation
Since qorlyraxsrthapan provides digital travel planning services and itineraries, our return and refund policy differs from physical product returns. Once a travel itinerary has been delivered, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Before Service Delivery: If you cancel your order before we begin work on your travel plan, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Within 24 Hours of Delivery: If you are not satisfied with your travel itinerary and contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will work with you to make revisions. If we cannot resolve your concerns, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your travel plan within the agreed timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
Revision Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your travel plan. If you need changes or adjustments to your itinerary after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your plan. We offer one round of revisions at no additional cost for standard packages.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Travel plans that have been delivered more than 24 hours ago and have been used or shared
- Consultation fees for completed consultations
- Customizations requested after initial delivery
Processing Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 10 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you have concerns about your travel planning service, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction. Most concerns can be addressed through revisions or adjustments to your itinerary.
